November 28, 2007 Testimonial Letter from Manufacturing Client

  • You have taught us that building a team has been important to our business.  We have become more careful of how we talk to each other, and we are offering praise on the job well done.  In return we are learning sharing more with each other and we now have a wonderful environment to work in.  You were right, this does work!  Thanks for everything Pam!
    Sheila Bark, Daphne, AL

  • I am proud to say we are beating last year's totals and achieving some of the highest retail sales we have had in the last 3 1/2 years.  I would like to thank you for your training and ongoing communication in positive thoughts and attitudes.
    Carmen Thienes, Onalaska Wisconsin

  • Thank you for teaching me to meet and exceed our goals.  For the past 12 weeks your training in "developing goals" with actually writing them down, has helped us all.  I am very proud of the hard work and dedication they have achieved after your influence on our staff.
    Stephanie Taylor, Pikeville, KY

  • Why was John good for MWA? Well, in more ways than I want to write, because you forced us to do things for our own good, even when we knew what to do. But, then didn't do it.

Good Example: We managed to go 15 years without an Employee Handbook. We knew we needed one, but we were in a Very Heavy Growth Mode (still are) and that was valuable time WASTED on an Employee Handbook that could be spent growing. Reality:  You put us on a timetable and we completed it. If not for that handbook we would have had several HR squables over the past 1 1/2 years. We would have spent more time settling HR disputes than it took us to write the Handbook. Already paid for itself.

2nd Example: I always believed in Coaching because I came from an MBO background. But because it came from YOU, now Dean believes it too.

I can think of so many reasons why a Coach is important to help guide a Company in the right direction.

    Go get 'em.

    John O'Connor, St. Louis, MO

  • First of all thank you for your experience and support, Erin has learned and developed so much with your help and coaching. We both miss you and even though she probably didn't tell you, I know Erin feels like she is losing a mentor that she respects very much...If you remember, when you first came on board she was not very impressed and yet look where we are today....Any success we have will be directly attributable to your efforts. Thanks again and good luck.
