Lynda Higbee
President of Higbee Associates, Lynda has operated her own international consulting firm for
nearly 20 years.
With associates in Arizona, Florida, Illinois, Michigan, Pennsylvania, Georgia, Colorado, and
Texas, she and her firm provide a broad range of services ranging from HR strategy, succession
planning; training, coaching, and mentoring; benefits and compensation, recruiting and hiring
as she is with labor relations and TQI and management practices audits, due diligence and EEO
investigations to a wide range of industries including manufacturing, technology, health care,
finance, and transportation.
Prior to the establishing Higbee Associates, Lynda was a principal/consultant with the Wyatt
Company. She also served as a vice president and senior vice president of human resources for
Fortune 50 and start up firms. Lynda earned both an MBA and a BA from the University of
California.

An accomplished general management executive with over 40 years of experience in diverse
industry and operation environments, Jerry has a success track record in both startup and
turnaround business situations. He has hands on experience in sales, marketing, finance,
operations, human resources, and mergers and acquisitions.
Prior to joining The Daley Group as a senior partner, Jerry was president and CEO for a
privately held aviation company, responsible for over 1,500 employees in eight facilities in four
states.
He held several positions including vice president of human resources for a Fortune 500
company with over 12,000 employees.
He is as at home, comfortable, and effective working with, coaching, and mentoring medium
and small-sized companies as he is with the largest organizations.

Founder of the Business Cancer Clinic and “chief oncologist,” John has seen the good, the
bad, and the ugly within corporations of all sizes. He has helped numerous CEOs, CFOs, and
COOs recognize business cancers within their organizations, and assisted in their elimination.
John has over 30 years of experience in both private and public companies including
Marquette/GE Medical Company, Reliant Pharmaceutical, and Sigma-Aldrich Corporation. First
and foremost a sales trainer, his programs are now in use within 34 countries. He holds a
bachelor of science degree in marketing from Arizona State University and a masters in
international business from St Louis University.
He is founding senior partner and principal of The Daley Group, a St. Louis-based business
coaching organization devoted to unleashing power and potential in businesses and their
leaders, and is a certified business facilitator for The Alternative Board of St. Louis. He is
trained in management diagnostic tools, strategic plan development and implementation, and
human talent evaluation and coaching.
