Linda Higbee, Senior Coach

President of Higbee Associates, Lynda has operated her own international consulting firm for nearly 20 years.

With associates worldwide we can provide a broad range of services ranging from HR strategy, succession planning; training, coaching and mentoring; benefits and compensation, recruiting, labor relations, TQI, management practices audits, due diligence and EEO investigations to a wide range of industries including manufacturing, technology, health care, finance, and transportation.

Prior to the establishing Higbee Associates, Lynda was a principal/consultant with the Wyatt Company. She also served as a vice president and senior vice president of human resources for Fortune 50 and start up firms. Lynda earned both an MBA and a BA from the University of California.
