The Daley Group was founded by John Daley in 2003.  John wanted to create an environment where retired CEOs, CFOs, CIOs, COOs, and other executive management professionals could come together and help small businesses.  The criteria John implemented for Coaches is extremely rigorous.  In addition to having experience in many facets of business, coaches must be leaders in their fields.  Most importantly, they must be able to teach and coach.  This is the quality that sets the Daley Group apart.

Combining the years of experience of the Senior Coaches with the Project Managers, the Daley Group launched a program and business model unlike any other.  Working as a team, the Senior Coaches and Project Managers evaluate companies; find the weak areas and work to strengthen them, side by side with the business owners.  We teach owners to work on, rather than in, their businesses.  Most importantly, we are passionate about business growth, and we help make sure that your businesses not only can grow, but is healthy enough to support that growth.
