Traditionally, this approach takes between 18 and 24 months. We work with you on a daily or weekly
basis, assuring that the programs we recommend are implemented according to plan.
The Daley Group receives compensation in the form of a flat base fee for services and then (for a
select number of clients that qualify) a variable fee based on incremental sales that result from
progress made against predetermined benchmarks.

About The Clinic
John R. Daley’s Business Cancer Clinic provides three unique treatment protocols to assist
entrepreneurs, business owners, COOs, and CEOs prevent, detect, treat, and cure business
cancers within their own organizations.
The treatment programs are as effective for start-up and newer businesses as they are for
established businesses, regardless of where they are in their life cycle.
The attitude of the Business Cancer Clinic is that an ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure.

Workshops For Self-Treating Business Cancers
Two protocols allow for business owners to “self-treat.” Essentially, these business owners take the
treatment plan –– what they learn through one or both of our programs –– and return to their
businesses with new insights, ideas, and medicines in hand that they can use to implement on their own.
So, protocol number one is our Business Cancer Clinic
Workshop. Three or more experienced business coaches
take charge of this highly interactive, day long program and
workshop, designed an introduction to business cancers,
how they form, their dangers, treatments once detected,
prevention, and cures.

CEO Classroom And Training Labs
Protocol number two is our CEO classroom and training lab. Limited to not more than 10 business
owners, this highly interactive course with training lab is offered over seven consecutive weeks.
Each classroom/lab runs approximately four hours long. It follows a strict curriculum and set schedule
consisting of the introduction of the weekly topic, discussion, homework review, and other exercises
appropriate to the topic. Topics include business diagnostic, CEO coaching, sales leadership coaching,
HR coaching, marketing coaching, sales leadership coaching, and A-Team recruiting. We coach you so
that you can coach your team more effectively.
Wherever possible, we attempt to keep groups close to home to minimize travel time. At the same
time, we limit the classroom and training lab to only one company from any given industry.
Team Coaching
The third protocol is our Team Coaching. Looking at your business as a whole, we follow the same
basic steps as in the CEO classroom and training lab. However, our staff or “team” of coaches at The
Daley Group facilitates the entire program… and works hand in hand with you and your organization to
achieve specific goals, eliminate business cancers, and identify and work toward sales growth and
efficiency opportunities.
The focus is always on wellness first, preventing problem
business cancers before they take root. But when a
business problem exists, our coaching is flexible. We can
treat the company as a whole –– including the overall
business diagnostic, CEO coaching, sales leadership
coaching, HR coaching, marketing coaching, sales
leadership coaching, and A-Team recruiting –– or to
focus on one or two specific problem areas that your
business may have.
