Growth Mastey Program
This unique program, developed exclusively by The Daley Group, is meant to help all businesses grow and reach their true potential. The program can be implemented in two ways: One-On-One or in Growth Teams.

One-On-One Mastery Program
Our 1-on-1 Growth Mastery program is a 3 phased approach that is designed to bring out the maximum results in the smallest amount of time.  Our Senior Coaching team, working with you as CEO, completes a thorough diagnostic and establishes a strategic plan with agreed upon goals and benchmarks.  The diagnostic and strategic plan typically takes between 4 and 8 weeks.  Once this is completed the Daley Group begins the implementation phase where the plan is put into motion.  This can take between 3 and 6 months.

Following this the Daley Group will continue to Coach for up to 24 months to ensure adoption of the changes made during implementation.  This work is done on a fee which is based on a percentage of incremental growth.  This is our skin in the game.  When you succeed, we succeed.

Growth Teams
In the beginning of 2008, the Daley Group introduced a new program that adds elements of peer support.  The Growth Teams will consist of 7-10 non-competing businesses of similar size.  These teams will follow the same three step process that clients utilizing the one on one approach would follow, however there are several benefits of being on the Growth Teams.

Clients on the growth teams, in addition to having access to all of the Daley Group Senior Coaches, will be able to work with their team members to solve problems that they all face. Most people don’t realize that 80% of all problems in business are the same, regardless of industry.  Team members will also receive two workshops and participate in annual retreats.  Finally, the Growth Teams offer a much more economical solution to clients.  Fees are set in advance and do not vary.  They are charged monthly with a onetime registration fee.  Because the charge is monthly and affordable, it can be easily included in the budget of any company. 

Supplemental Services
