Tim Charrow, Senior Coach
Tim has eight years of sales coaching and executive recruiting experience and twenty years of sales management experience including positions in surgical sales, chemical sales, field sales training and sales management within the Fortune 500 arena including Monsanto, Konica and GE Medical. Tim’s entrepreneurial spirit has been a dominant force in helping him pioneer the start up and successful expansion of four businesses throughout the years. Tim is the founder and CEO of Med-Search Recruiting Network and an accomplished Partner with the Daley Group where he spends a considerable amount of time developing sales teams through out the U.S.
Tim holds a BS in Marketing with a minor in Management and Economics from the Business School, University of Missouri- Columbia. Tim is trained in the areas of sales, sales management, international business, finance, global business marketing, human resource development and talent management. Tim is also a certified sales instructor and facilitator for the Wilson Learning Sales Group.
