- Our client owned a 30 million dollar construction industry business that followed the market for
housing starts right into chapter 11. The Daley Group, LLC was asked to help them turn around
their company and get approval to exit federal court chapter 11. After 8 months the company
implemented major changes to management, finance, sales, marketing and operations. A workout
plan was agreed upon by all creditors and the court allowing the company to exit chapter 11.
Seventy jobs were saved. The key to our success with this client was our goal to work for all stake
holders.
- Our client owned a 4 million dollar manufacturing company that had been in his family for over 50
years. His father had recently passed away and he was being counseled by an accounting firm to
file chapter 11. The company had lost about half their sales. Sales were down and payables were
getting out of hand. The Daley Group, LLC was asked to help turn the company around and allow
the owner to grow his father’s company. After 2 years the company has a new management team,
much improved manufacturing work flow with twice the output and a sales team. They had never
had a sales team before. The company successfully formed an alliance with the labor union and
agreed on a very favorable contract going forward. The company’s goal for 2008 is to more than
double their sales; they are positioned well and should have no trouble meeting their goal. The
