Rajiv Gupta , Senior Coach

Rajiv Gupta, most recently COO / CFO of a Liquid Packaging Company in St. Louis has over 30 years experience working in USA, Europe and Asia (with Monsanto Company, Solutia Inc., Solvay Fluoropoloymers Inc., US Federal Trade Commission and the European Union Mergers Task Force).

During his career he has led international businesses with responsibility for:

• Profit, cash flow & return on investment for the worldwide business
• Managing marketing, sales, manufacturing, R & D, IT and business planning
• Business process development and implementation
• Valuation and negotiation of acquisition & sale of businesses
• Product introduction into new markets / applications
• Negotiation and formation of joint ventures
• Serving on the board of directors
• Managing capital investments to achieve a 30% return
• Restructuring businesses by reorganizing management structure, manufacturing productivity improvements, implementing supply chain planning to reduce working capital requirements and restructuring the customer portfolio
  

Rajiv has a degree in Economics and is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales (FCA). Furthermore, he has attended executive management programs at Columbia University, New York and at Northwestern University’s Kellogg Graduate School of Management.

Prior to moving to St. Louis in 1995, Rajiv has lived in UK and Belgium.
