Pamela Daley , Senior Coach

Pamela has 30 years of management and training experience in the service and retail industries, 10 years in multi-unit management and training. During the course of 30 plus years, she has been a trainer, program developer, business management consultant working through out the United States. Her resume includes professional companies such as Barbers, Inc, Regis Corporation, Wella Int., Paul Mitchell Systems, Pivot Point Int., Haircolorxperts, Inc., and the Joico Corporation. As accomplished businesswomen, Pamela’s success is building successful small businesses.

Currently, Pamela is Senior Partner of the Daley Group. Her mission is to support the Daley Group in successful coaching of small businesses owners. She has designed, developed, and implemented programs for new hires, customer service, skills certification, management skills, coaching, team building, motivation and technical programs. She has trained Owners and Managers across the United States to support in increasing bottom line profits. She is an effective and motivated presenter to small and large groups, with the dedication to follow through on support.

Pamela has been instrumental in identifying and capitalizing on competitive opportunities that lead to increase sales for small business owners’ of multiple locations. She has cosmetology licenses in Illinois and Iowa for both stylist and instructor. She has completed courses to include studying at Lindenwood University, MO ; Northwestern University, Ill, along with Steven Covey’s “7 Habits of Successful People” and “4 Roles of Leadership”, to name a few.

Pamela has been a National Judge for competition of Skills, USA, and has worked with the National Cosmetology Association, as well as competed internationally herself. It is Pamela’s life-long learning keeps her active on both sides of the classroom, as an instructor, a mentor, and a constant student of successful sales, business, and leadership skills.
