John Wunderlich C.P.A., Senior Coach

A passionate promoter of good business practices, John has over 35 years of combined experience in public accounting and industry. He started his career with Deloitte Touche, where he served on an international assignment in Europe.

John left public accounting to serve as Executive Vice President and CFO of Fred Weber, Inc., a $250 million construction/mining company. He was a member of the Board of Directors and one of three executives who served on the Executive Committee of the Board.

John has spent the last six years as a Consultant, working with a variety of companies. He has helped CEO’s address operational issues that directly impact profitability and cash flow. This involves the development of a performance measurement system, where “Key Performance Indicators” are identified and tracked on a business dashboard. It produces results because it is based on instilling a culture of accountability and execution. He has also converted manufacturing companies from a traditional “batch” processing approach to a single-piece through-put environment, or “lean manufacturing”.
