John has over 20 years experience in both management, recruiting,
business development and information technology. John’s industry
background includes financial services, healthcare, telecom, real
estate, education, as well as professional services.
John Co-founded SkyDev Technologies LLC and serves as its Chief
Executive Officer. Sky-Dev was founded in 2006 to serve
businesses and individuals in need of innovative web development
and support. SkyDev provides a wide range of services, from simple
brochure websites, to complex database driven web applications.
Career Highlights
• As CEO of web development company, recruited 7 IT
professionals(2006)
• Implemented first cell phone based municipal disaster
notification system in Missouri(2005)
• As Vice President of local technical services company,
recruited 11 IT professionals(2005)
• Co-founded and Served as President of Professional Employee
Organization(PEO).(2004)
• Served as Director of local staffing organization and
established IT Staffing division.(2004)
• Developed and implemented sales and sales management
policies and procedures for IT system engineering organization. Also
played key role in development of and launch of international internet
based trading system.(1999)
• Served as senior executive and member of Board of Directors
of publicly traded technology development organization.(1997)
• Led in the preparation of multi-year system plan for national
managed healthcare organization. Directed implementation of that
plan which included medical claims process, graphic-based clinical
scheduling, centralized pharmacy for branch facilities and the remote
computer communications with branch facilities.(1992)
• Led in the preparation of multi-year system plan for national
commercial real estate developer. Directed implementation of that
plan which included the introduction of personal computers, local
area networks, commercial lease administration, investor information
and tax reporting and multi-state payroll administration.(1987)
John earned his Bachelors degree from St. Louis University and
Masters Degree from Webster University. He is currently on the St.
Louis University Business School Alumni Board.
John’s military service includes 5 years as a B52 Pilot and Combat
Crew Commander and 5 years as Senior Intelligence Officer.
