Jerry Leath , Senior Coach

Jerry L. Leath is an accomplished general management executive with 40 years experience in diverse industry and operations environments. Over this 40 year period, he has been responsible for guiding management of several companies with a successful track record in start-up and turnaround situations. He has experience in sales, marketing, finance, operations, human resources and mergers and acquisitions.

Prior to becoming a Senior Advisor/Coach with the Daley Group, Jerry was President/CEO for a privately held aviation service/maintenance company with 1500 employees in 8 facilities in 4 states servicing a wide variety of government and corporate/commercial aircraft, engines, systems and components.

Jerry also has a strong background in Human Resources. He has held several positions in this area including Vice President Human Resources for a Fortune 500 company with over 12,000 employees and sales in excess of $1.5 billion. This company provided products in systems packaging, sporting goods, aerospace, consumer products, fire protection equipment and heavy construction equipment.

Jerry's mission as a Senior Advisor/Coach is to support the Daley Group in successfully providing the most effective consulting and coaching support enhancing growth and profitability of medium and small companies.
