Daley Group hire and coach the executive until you are comfortable

In a nutshell: The Core Team talent that The Daley Group has
available includes the CEO, COO, HR, Operations, Finance, Sales and
Marketing. We will manage the selection, retention and development of
these Executives for you until you are sure they fit. You can use this
talent on a short or long term basis with out the risk or cost of hiring
these people. If they are not the right fit we will replace them with a
better fit. These executives can be placed on a part time basis or a full
time basis. We provide any custom systems and processes necessary
for you to meet the company goals.
Service includes: source the talent based on your goals. Coaching of
the team to help integrate the talent and increase likelihood of attainment
of growth goals. We will replace the talent if the fit is not correct. We
will provide custom systems and processes that may be required to
attain growth goals.
Investment: Investment dependent on required talent, systems and
processes. You pay us and we pay the temp executive. Call for

Risk Reversal: If we place an executive with you and after 30 days
and you feel the fit is not right we will provide additional executive
talent for you to choose from for a better fit.
