eliminate business weakness, achieve specific goals, and identify and

Service includes:
We will work with you through an initial 360 degree business
diagnostic allowing you to X Ray your business or department, probing
to uncover any and all business challenges that could be holding you
and your team back. This important initial step helps us to be
knowledgeable and specifically aware coaches.
As a result of your diagnostic, we determine a treatment or coaching
plan with you. We can treat the company as a whole –– including the
overall business, Core team coaching, sales leadership coaching,
finance coaching, HR coaching including A-Team recruiting, marketing
coaching and operations coaching –– or to focus on one or two
specific problem areas that your business may have.
Duration:
Traditionally, this team approach takes between 18 and 24 months. We
work with you on a daily, weekly or monthly basis, assuring that the
programs we recommend are implemented according to plan you
approve.
Investment:
The Daley Group can be retained on a monthly retainer or receive
compensation in the form of a flat base fee for services and then (for a
select number of clients that qualify) a variable fee based on
incremental sales that result from progress made against predetermined
benchmarks. Our long term clients always receive preference.
