About John “Coach” Daley
John “Coach” Daley is the founding senior partner and principal of The
Daley Group, a St. Louis-based business coaching organization devoted
to unleashing power and potential in businesses and their leaders.
Working with businesses in the range of $3.5 million to $50 million, he
and his team come to the aid and rescue of business owners, bankers,
and the courts. They have successfully created, engineered, and
implemented workout plans that were agreed to by all creditors and the
court allowing the company to exit Chapter 11 and save 70 jobs.
The Daley Group has revitalized failing businesses by providing interim
management teams that improve manufacturing workflow, create a
truly powerful sales “force” where none existed previously, and
doubling sales.
On an ongoing basis, they provide extraordinarily thorough due
diligence for buyers looking to purchase businesses and banks
considering making loans.
Coach Daley has over 30 years of experience in both private and public
companies including Marquette/GE Medical Company, Reliant
Pharmaceutical, and Sigma-Aldrich Corporation. First and foremost a
sales and management training expert, his programs are now in use in
more than 34 countries. He and his team developed the global College
of Sales and Science.
Coach Daley and the Daley Group welcome business people from other
countries to discuss challenges and best practices for business around
the world.
Coach Daley is also a professional negotiator and has successfully
negotiated and facilitated numerous multi million-dollar transactions.
“The Coach” is an accomplished teacher, author, and speaker.
He is also a Certified Board Facilitator and Business Advisor using
