diagnostic, small-business strategic plan, recruitment and education if
needed, implementation of systems and processes agreed to in the
small business strategic plan, and coaching through to adoption. We
set up metrics to measure adoption and success.
Services we perform include interviews and analysis of the

Company market valuation with suggestions for improvement

Investment will be composed of some combination of base
investment, bonus and or % of incremental growth. This project
pricing is based on risk sharing.
Typically Phase 1 requires an investment for the diagnostic and
strategic plan, depending on the size of the company and target
market. The balance of the program is paid in monthly increments or
as a percentage of sales.
Duration: From the start of the project, the diagnostic usually
occurs within 30 to 60 days. The complete system is implemented
within 18 to 24 months.
Risk Reversal #1: Client may cancel balance of program if
diagnostic and/or small business strategic plan does not meet with
their approval.
Risk Reversal #2: If you follow the recommendations and don’t
see at least a 24-month ROI for our fees, we will provide two
additional coaching days to diagnose and tune-up roadblocks to
success.
