and disciplines. We are not ready to be put out to pasture! We
have earned our stripes by running successful companies. We are
passionate about coaching and we like working on projects as a
team! We love what we do, especially helping company owners
learn to grow their company and feel comfortable at their new

sustainable business investments. Our goal is to help each client

The Daley Group has four missions.
The Daley Group, LLC is committed to coaching businesses to
build their Culture of Performance.
First, we believe in building lifelong relationships. Our first
priority is to those people that we have committed to building
lifelong relationships, specifically partners, clients and future
clients; we will treat all referrals from our friends and trusted
business partners in a manner that will strengthen that life long
relationship with both the friend and the referral.
Second, we are passionate about business and business growth.
Our team is dedicated to working with coachable owners and
management teams that sincerely want to grow but could benefit
from results focused coaching. We continually demonstrate our
unique understanding of the needs and aspirations of small and
mid-market companies in every interaction and solution we bring
to market. Some companies need leadership training; others
have hit a glass ceiling concerning sales growth and need to break
through while others need leadership installed so they can
become owner/investors. We can help!
Third, our senior advisors/coaches are captains of their business
specialties. We are a group of senior management that are not
ready to retire, possesses knowledge, skills, experience running
successful companies, and are passionate about coaching. Some of
our senior advisors/coaches are full time while others are
available on a project basis. Our learning curve is steep and
gaining membership in this organization is not easy. We hold
each other to high standards. We also have an advisory board of
successful business owners from different business disciplines
that we meet with monthly to keep ourselves sharp. We have a
commitment to build lifelong relationships between our senior
partners.
Fourth, The Daley Group provides a training ground for the next
generation of successful business people. We look for the best
and brightest that can keep up with our demanding expectations.
These young men and women are coachable, above average in
their business aptitude and driven for success in business. This is
the description of our project managers and student interns. One
of our project managers likened it to earning a PhD through on
the job training or drinking from a fire hose. We are committed
to knowledge, skills and experience of our future alumni of the
Daley Group. We are also committed to a lifelong relationship
with each of our future leaders. Our most important mission is to
have fun with what we do and produce results, leaving our trusted
business partners more successful than before we arrived.
